Ingredients: Salina capers, water, malvasia wine and sugar.

It is the second product of the sweet line studied as a pastry product. It is used combined with ricotta to garnish the cannoli. It is an excellent product to fill panettone, or even to garnish cakes, ice cream or  to prepare good snacks (canapés with ricotta and candied capers).
